Editorial Policy
Our editorial standards
We publish practical guidance for product teams — the kind of writing you can act on the same day you read it. Every article is built to be useful first, and we hold each one to a consistent bar for accuracy, clarity, and honesty.
We write in a plain, direct voice. We avoid hype, shaming, and hostile comparisons, and we focus on helping you do better work rather than selling you a verdict.
How we research and source
We ground our claims in primary sources wherever we can — product documentation, first-party research, and reputable reporting. When we cite a statistic, we trace it to something verifiable rather than repeating an unsourced figure.
If a claim cannot be supported, we cut it. We would rather ship a shorter, true article than a longer one padded with numbers we cannot stand behind.
How we use AI
We use AI tools to help draft and structure articles, and every piece then goes through an editorial pass for accuracy, voice, and usefulness. AI helps us move faster; it does not get the final say.
We remove AI artifacts, unverifiable claims, and filler before anything is published, so what you read reflects our editorial judgment, not raw model output.
Corrections and updates
If we get something wrong, we fix it. When we make a material correction, we update the article and preserve its original publication context so you can trust what you are reading.
