This week in Dazl - New website, new flows
Today we're launching a new Dazl website - and for us, it's not just a marketing website. It's the first step on your journey with Dazl.
We've been thinking a lot about the prompt box problem. You see a blank text field, it tells you to build anything, and you don't actually know what "anything" means here. So you type something generic, get something generic, and decide the tool is shallow. That's not a you problem - it's a product problem.
People show up to Dazl with very different things in mind. Some come with an existing product they want to prototype. Others have a design system their team needs to build from. Some want to do research before writing a spec. And plenty just want to start somewhere. The homepage should show you what's possible and walk you into the right flow - not ask you to already know what to ask.
We're introducing three flows to get you started
- Improve an existing product- upload or link your existing materials so you can start with what you already have.
- Scope something new - the AI will interview you, ask the right questions, and turn your idea into a PRD before building.
- Open a chat- the classic flow you already know.
Pick whichever matches where you are

And this is just the beginning. We have a lot more workflows planned - each one designed to meet you where you are and show you what's really possible with Dazl.
A couple more things added to this version
- Reasoning - when the model supports it, the AI now thinks through its work before responding. Cleaner chat, less wordiness, better output.
- Mobile - Dazl's full capabilities are now available on the go.
- Claude Opus 4.8 is available in Dazl. Try it from the model picker.
I'd love to hear what you think about the new experience - reach out to me or the team anytime.
Keep on dazzling,
